Managing passwords

Manage your Trucker Portal account password by going to your Profile page. From there, you can change your current password for a new one if you want to keep your account more secure.

1. From your account dashboard, click on your company name at the top right.
2. From the drop-down list, click on Profile
3. Type your new password and click Save

Make sure your password is at least 9 characters long, contains at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, and contain at least one symbol.

Forgot your password and don't know how to log in? No problem:

1. Go to truckerportal.com
2. Click Log In, and then Forgot Password?
3. Enter the email address you use for your Trucker Portal account and click Send Password Reset Link

4. Find the password recovery email in your inbox and click Reset Password.
5. Login
